Notes

Agua:

Los controles de agua, corresponden a las mediciones que se realizan anualmente en dependencias municipales cuyos análisis se realizan en nuestros laboratorios, determinando si el agua es apta para consumo según el art. 982 del Código Alimentario Argentino (CAA). Según el CAA, algunos de los parámetros medidos establecen:

· Recuento mesófilos aerobios a 37°C (PCA) debe ser menor que 500 UFC/mL.

· Bacterias coliformes NMP a 37°C igual o menor de 3 en 100mL.

· Escherichia coli: ausencia

· Pseudomona aeruginosa: ausencia

· pH: 6,5 - 8,5

· Cloro activo residual: mínimo 0,2 mg/L

· Conductividad se mide de rutina para controlar uso de agua de pozo.

En caso donde los valores son diferentes a los de referencia, se solicita limpieza de tanque y nueva toma de muestra.
